Coordinates recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onsite interview logistics, Greenhouse maintenance, feedback tracking, job postings, offers, dashboards, sourcing, recruiting events, and process improvements. Provides front-desk coverage for visitors and tours while partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership. The role is designed for an early-career candidate with strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills who can work onsite and adapt to evolving processes.

Lead and scale the quality organization to ensure manufacturing reliability and compliance (AS9100/NADCAP/ISO), drive yield and defect reduction, own audits and corrective actions, develop QMS/MES/WMS processes, and manage cross-functional quality metrics and investigations.

Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory, receiving/shipping, and logistics to support production. Create and manage purchase orders, source and qualify suppliers, expedite orders, perform cycle counts, support material replenishment, and help implement supply chain process improvements. Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Operations, and Finance and occasionally travel locally to suppliers.
