Manage budgeting, forecasting, and grant financial oversight for foundation, government, and international donors. Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and grant budgets; ensure donor compliance, cost allowability, and audit readiness. Partner with program, development, and finance teams to track financial performance, support monthly close, and maintain strong internal controls and reporting for leadership and the Board.
