Own Rain’s revenue operations infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Design and administer GTM compensation plans, maintain revenue dashboards and analyses, manage HubSpot architecture and integrations, support GTM systems, automate workflows with AI tools, and optimize cross-functional sales processes. The role requires strong analytical, systems administration, compensation, and process improvement skills in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Own and optimize Rain’s revenue and go-to-market systems, including HubSpot CRM. Design scalable processes, automate workflows, improve data quality, align cross-functional teams on KPIs and handoffs, and deliver insights that support revenue strategy. The role also drives systems adoption through documentation and training, evaluates productivity tools, and partners with senior leadership to improve funnel efficiency and operational excellence.
