Own embedded firmware for cloud-seeding vehicles, including flight controllers, power systems, sensors, payloads, board bring-up, hardware integration, communication protocols, safety and recovery behavior, testing, release workflows, and field support. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and flight operations teams to deliver reliable vehicle systems from architecture through deployment.

Lead electrical system architecture and hardware development for UAS, payload, and sensing platforms. Design PCBs, prototypes, power distribution, sensor interfaces, and communication modules using Altium. Lead board bring-up, testing, documentation, manufacturing handoff, and cross-functional integration. Develop embedded systems and low-level drivers, mentor engineers, and conduct technical reviews. Preferred experience includes high-power systems, UAV flight testing, power electronics, batteries, flight controllers, and RF systems.

Leads the development and operation of logistics across headquarters, manufacturing, test facilities, and field operations. Responsibilities include transportation, warehousing, inventory and serialized asset management, equipment deployment, regional storage, third-party logistics, reverse logistics, compliance, budgeting, process and systems implementation, and team leadership. The role supports time-sensitive deployments involving aircraft, batteries, seeding materials, spare parts, and other technical equipment while improving readiness, reliability, cost, and inventory utilization.
