Teams at R1 RCM

Code complex neurosurgery and Neuro IR cases (spine, brain tumor, endovascular procedures), managing a high-volume metric-driven workflow (~60 cases/day). Interpret clinical documentation, ensure compliance and accurate reimbursement for high-value surgeries, collaborate with providers via queries, and support additional coding workstreams as needed.

Lead assessments, design future-state workflows, and translate executive strategy into operational implementation for healthcare coding and revenue cycle. Drive process mapping, change management, KPI/SLA monitoring, training, and AI-enabled coding optimization while liaising between executives and operational teams.

As a Project Manager at R1, you will oversee multiple project implementations, manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements.
