Serve on client project teams across all phases: gather requirements, design data models, develop with SQL (and occasional Python), build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, implement data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.), run stakeholder workshops, manage risks, and mentor colleagues while supporting business-focused data decision-making.

Lead end-to-end system implementation projects: setup, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. Facilitate workshops and executive meetings, manage risks, maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, mentor team members, and contribute to recruitment, strategy, and business development.

Lead CLM-focused consulting engagements through full project lifecycle: setup, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. Facilitate executive workshops, manage project risks and client communications, mentor team members, and contribute to practice growth and methodology.
