Own technical pre-sales engagements for media and entertainment customers: design cloud/hybrid file and object storage architectures, deliver demos and POCs, produce technical proposals/RFP responses, drive deal strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to studios, broadcasters, and partners to win and expand M&E opportunities.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the Los Angeles/Irvine region. Drive new business and expansion, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, partner with product/engineering and channel partners, execute ABM, and manage forecasting and pipeline to exceed revenue targets.

Lead and coach a small team of account managers while carrying your own commercial/mid-market book. Build and execute expansion playbooks to drive add-on capacity, cross-sell, upsell, and term extensions. Own pipeline, forecast, and CRM hygiene; partner with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales Engineering to convert adoption into qualified pursuits. Coach deal strategy, negotiation, and territory planning while modeling the motion in your own accounts. Work hybrid from Downtown Seattle several days per week.
