Support machining operations by assisting with setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC and manual machines; read blueprints; perform routine cleaning and safety tasks; assist facilities maintenance; contribute to continuous improvement and meet production deadlines in a busy machine shop.

Perform precision wedge and ball wire bonding and micro-electronic assembly for MIC/MMIC circuits, inspect assemblies, set up and qualify bonding equipment, mentor junior staff, document processes, and support aerospace/military production in an ESD-controlled cleanroom.

Coordinate and expedite material flow between Purchasing, Production Labs, and Manufacturing. Track and update material and work order status in Dynamics, manage inventory and purchase requisitions, follow up with vendors, support cycle counts and shipping/receiving, ensure proper labeling/documentation, and assist with special projects to maintain production priorities and compliance.
