Develop and qualify leads for machines, parts, service, labor, and customer agreements; conduct at least 120 customer calls weekly; manage assigned accounts and territories; assess customer needs; maintain accurate customer and machine databases; and collaborate with outside sales teams. The role requires Spanish fluency, strong communication skills, relationship building, and business-to-business sales experience.

Produces financial reports and analysis, supports branch income statement reviews, develops budgets, improves finance processes through AI and automation, ensures GAAP-aligned reporting, and provides strategic and ad hoc analysis. Leads annual budget preparation, creates documentation and training, supports FP&A leadership, and may coordinate strategy projects and senior management presentations.

Leads power systems projects from initiation through completion, coordinating sales, engineering, service teams, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, cost control, quality assurance, testing, commissioning, reporting, and conflict resolution. Projects support critical facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and community buildings. The role requires construction or manufacturing project management experience and travel up to 10–20% within Southern and Northern California.
