Lead final artwork quality and digitizing for high-volume apparel decoration across embroidery, heat transfer, embossing, tags, and printing. Evaluate incoming art, create run‑ready stitch and production files, enforce QC standards, maintain a file library, manage vendors, mentor junior staff, and report KPIs to ensure near‑perfect production output.

On-site QA lead embedded at a third-party decorator facility to inspect inbound inventory, conduct production quality checks across decoration processes, build SOPs, track KPIs, escalate defects and delays, and partner with decorators and internal teams to drive 99% on-time delivery and 99% quality acceptance.
