Leads technical solution development for strategic space and aerospace pursuits. Translates customer requirements into mission architectures, CONOPS, technical approaches, and differentiated solutions. Conducts trade studies, analyzes risks, develops proposal content, supports customer engagements, and guides multidisciplinary teams across defense, intelligence, civil, and commercial space opportunities. Collaborates with engineering, capture, program, business development, and executive stakeholders to create executable, customer-focused solutions.

Develop and lead persuasive federal proposal content for national security, civil, and commercial space pursuits. Create win themes, strategic messaging, storyboards, executive summaries, technical narratives, and content plans. Translate complex aerospace and technical concepts into customer-focused messaging, collaborate with capture managers and subject matter experts, support proposal reviews, mentor writers, and maintain content libraries and best practices across multiple concurrent pursuits.

Own the end-to-end spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control subsystem across multiple programs. Lead GNC architecture, attitude and orbit control design, estimation, simulations, verification, flight software integration, telemetry analysis, anomaly resolution, and mission operations support. Define control laws for high-Delta-V maneuvering, precision pointing, station-keeping, and proximity operations. Mentor engineers and serve as the technical authority in system reviews and spacecraft development.
