Owns end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales across a Federal Civilian territory, including prospecting, demonstrations, executive engagement, strategic account planning, contract negotiation, and closing complex multi-year agreements. The role drives new-logo acquisition and account expansion, coordinates solution engineers, customer success, legal, security, and system integrator partners, and engages senior federal stakeholders. Travel and client-facing activity may reach 50%.

Leads 6–8 Account Executives managing strategic healthcare provider accounts. Drives renewals, retention, expansion, multi-year agreements, SaaS and analytics adoption, pipeline forecasting, territory planning, and executive relationships with health systems and academic medical centers. Coaches sales talent, develops account strategies, partners cross-functionally, and maximizes ARR and net revenue retention.

Leads enterprise data security and information governance by building data intake, catalog, marketplace, classification, lineage, and access-control programs. Translates privacy and security requirements into technical controls, self-service workflows, and governance documentation. Partners with Legal, InfoSec, engineering, product, and data teams to support compliant data use, AI/ML initiatives, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA. Measures adoption, turnaround times, and governance maturity across a global SaaS organization.
