Manages key life sciences accounts by building customer relationships, increasing satisfaction, and selling molecular biology products and services. Develops complex sales strategies, engages senior stakeholders, and positions products across the portfolio. Requires strong knowledge of life science applications, PCR, dPCR, sequencing, and sample purification, plus collaboration with internal technical, manufacturing, supply chain, and support teams. The role is field-based across South Houston and Louisiana, with significant travel and overnight stays.

Develops and executes strategic sales plans for QIAGEN’s genomics portfolios, including NGS, services, and dPCR. Manages large life science accounts, sales forecasts, budgets, partnerships, and revenue targets across the Mid-Atlantic territory. Coordinates local sales teams and technical specialists, builds customer relationships, assesses competitive markets, and leads teams without direct authority. Requires life sciences sales experience, genomics or NGS expertise, and extensive regional travel.

Drive enterprise growth and adoption of QuantiFERON diagnostic solutions across employer groups, addiction treatment clinics, dialysis organizations, and long-term care networks. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, new business development, executive stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, customer education, co-selling, forecasting, contract negotiation, and Salesforce reporting. The role requires exceeding sales quotas and influencing complex, multi-site healthcare organizations.
