Monitors workplace issue trends, ensures consistent policy application, handles sensitive matters professionally, and collaborates with HR on process improvements.

Leads enterprise total rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits, retirement, well-being, governance, compliance, analytics, budgeting, vendors, and HR systems. Advises executives, oversees program design and administration, manages due diligence and acquisitions, optimizes UKG processes, and develops the Total Rewards team. Partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, Operations, HRIS, and external vendors to support workforce attraction, retention, engagement, cost efficiency, and organizational growth.
