Performs general hotel and facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, wall, tile, and equipment repairs. Maintains preventative maintenance programs, completes task logs, and prepares reports. The role requires hotel or resort maintenance experience, strong household repair knowledge, attention to detail, guest-service orientation, flexibility for various shifts, and the ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
