Serve as the technical authority for Resi’s indirect channel by training distributor and dealer teams, creating enablement materials, designing solutions for complex opportunities, handling technical escalations, supporting expansion opportunities, maintaining demo environments, and informing product roadmaps. The role requires ProAV and video infrastructure expertise, hands-on system design and installation experience, consultative communication skills, and travel to industry and integrator events.

Owns Resi’s distributor and dealer relationships, driving recurring revenue and hardware growth through two-tier channel sales. Responsibilities include partner alignment, enablement, dealer recruitment and activation, base segmentation, revenue ownership, customer handoffs, distribution expansion, market analysis, event representation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires channel sales expertise, presentation and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and familiarity with broadcast, production, and professional AV industries.
