Supports marketing across three beauty brands by coordinating email and SMS campaigns, calendars, content assets, vendors, PR and influencer outreach, wholesale materials, reporting, product shipments, inventory, and administrative tasks. The role requires close tracking of deadlines, approvals, campaign performance, partner deliverables, expenses, and shipments. It is hybrid in Los Angeles, with occasional travel to events, activations, and content shoots, plus hands-on order packing and shipping responsibilities.

Lead social strategy, content calendars, brand voice, community management, creator partnerships, and performance reporting across three beauty brands. Develop platform-specific growth plans for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest; direct agencies and freelancers; create social-first campaigns; manage social listening and analytics; and translate audience insights into brand and product recommendations. The role also supports retail and DTC activations, TikTok Shop, content shoots, and real-time cultural moments.
