Teams at Puffco

Manage and grow Puffco’s wholesale customer accounts by providing responsive support, processing orders, preparing quotes, collecting payments, resolving fulfillment issues, maintaining CRM records, and developing new account opportunities. The role collaborates with sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order completion, handle complaints, follow up on payments and restocking, and maintain strong client relationships. This position is based onsite in Downtown Los Angeles four to five days per week.

Supports the sales team through customer service, account follow-up, reporting, administrative coordination, financial reconciliation, shipment claims, warranty handling, and cross-functional communication with Finance and Logistics. Maintains client relationships, collects documentation, troubleshoots system synchronization issues, reviews industry regulations, and assists Account Managers. This hybrid Los Angeles role requires working onsite two to three days per week.

Contract UI/UX Web Designer responsible for building and customizing Shopify pages, optimizing landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows, and improving conversion through data-driven design. The role uses analytics, A/B testing, usability research, and persuasive design principles while maintaining brand and accessibility standards. Collaboration with eCommerce, marketing, and development teams is required. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Los Angeles two to three days per week.
