Provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities under IEPs. Coordinates special education services, co-teaches, supports academic, behavioral, organizational, and social development, monitors progress, maintains records, communicates with families, collaborates with teachers and school leaders, and participates in school meetings and professional development.

Provides front-office support at a public charter school by greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, distributing mail, responding to information requests, maintaining attendance and student files, preparing correspondence, contacting parents, supporting meetings and meal counts, translating when bilingual, and supervising students during lunch and recess.

Coordinates extended learning programs across K-12 schools, ensuring program planning, compliance, attendance tracking, safety, finances, partnerships, data-informed practices, staff development, and positive student culture. Collaborates with school administrators, department leaders, families, community partners, and afterschool staff. Conducts observations, delivers professional development, supports grant and audit requirements, and helps align academics, enrichment, sports, and operational practices with organizational goals.

Provide 1:1 behavior and social-emotional support to students with IEPs, implement and collect data on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), record services in Welligent, assist with de-escalation and daily functional tasks, collaborate with BID/Inclusion Specialist and teachers, and complete required trainings to support inclusive school environments.

Support Inclusion Specialist by providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students with IEPs in inclusive classrooms; implement accommodations, collect and record behavior/data in Welligent, assist with small-group pull-outs, testing, documentation, and parent inquiries, and participate in required training.

Support Inclusion Specialist by delivering IEP-related push-in and pull-out academic and behavioral supports, collecting and recording student data, assisting with assessments and IEP tasks, implementing accommodations, promoting positive behaviors, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success.

Support Inclusion Specialist to deliver IEP-related services in inclusive classrooms: provide one-to-one and small-group academic and behavioral support, collect and record data, assist with assessments and IEP tasks, implement accommodations, and foster students' social-emotional and daily living skills.

Support Inclusion Specialist by providing IEP-related instructional and behavioral assistance to students in inclusive classrooms. Deliver push-in and small-group support, track data and accommodations in Welligent, assist with assessments and IEP tasks, perform de-escalation, and foster a safe, college-preparatory learning environment.

Provide one-on-one behavior and social-emotional support to students with IEPs, implement and collect data on Behavior Intervention Plans, assist with de-escalation and daily functional tasks, record supports in Welligent, collaborate with teachers, BID, and Inclusion Specialists, and attend required trainings to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Support school-based mental health services by researching therapy topics, maintaining clinical materials, assisting with scheduling and translation for Spanish-speaking families, attending trainings and supervision, and demonstrating professional communication, reliability, and community involvement. Position is unpaid and voluntary.

Support the Principal in instructional leadership, student and parent relations, staff supervision, testing coordination, budget oversight, operations, and fundraising to improve student achievement and school culture.

Lead academic vision and college-readiness culture, support teacher effectiveness through observation, feedback, evaluation, and professional development; manage curricula alignment, data-driven interventions, teacher leadership teams, and school improvement efforts.

Support Inclusion Specialist by providing IEP-related push-in and small-group academic and behavioral supports in inclusive classrooms, collect and record data in Welligent, assist with assessments, staffing tasks, and parent inquiries, implement behavior intervention strategies, and participate in required trainings to foster students' academic and social-emotional growth.

Assist with small-group or one-to-one instruction, data collection, Welligent recordkeeping, IEP-related tasks, behavior interventions, testing support, and collaboration with staff and families to promote students' academic and social-emotional growth.
