Prepare, review, and manage complex partnership tax returns and REIT-related federal and state compliance. Responsibilities include partnership tax allocations, K-1s, composite and withholding filings, tax notices, research, documentation, workpaper review, and process improvements. The role requires OneSource Tax Software proficiency, strong partnership taxation knowledge, multi-state compliance experience, and collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, variances, and revenue opportunities; builds data models, validates data quality, and supports pricing strategies. Creates management reports and presentations, collaborates with analysts, business partners, and IT, and provides actionable recommendations for revenue performance and strategic decision-making.

Prepare federal, state, corporate, partnership, and REIT tax returns and workpapers. Research tax issues, analyze fixed assets and transactions, support state apportionment, respond to notices and audits, coordinate with accounting teams and external preparers, and manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume tax environment.
