Provides leadership and strategic direction for education technology consulting and business development. Identifies revenue opportunities involving agency data ingestion, reporting, and technology services; analyzes public education technology markets; develops client relationships and solution offerings; leads teams, conference strategies, and speaking engagements; and supports the development, bidding, and winning of management consulting engagements.

Provides client and system support for time study processes, cost reports, and related PCG systems. Coordinates roster data and system updates, analyzes monthly and quarterly results, produces reports, troubleshoots issues, and communicates findings to clients and project managers. Develops process documentation, quality assurance procedures, and instruction materials while managing multiple assignments and ad hoc project tasks.

The People Analytics and HRIS Analyst develops workforce dashboards, reports, visualizations, and trend analyses using HR data. Creates test cases, scenarios, scripts, and data; validates interfaces, APIs, workflows, and data integrity; manages defects and retesting; maintains requirements traceability; and communicates testing progress, risks, and quality concerns to technical and nontechnical stakeholders in Agile and hybrid environments.

The IT Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, and client interactions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in the public sector.

Serve as a senior business analyst on public-sector technology consulting engagements: produce analytical deliverables, analyze RFPs and proposals, ensure project quality and regulatory compliance, manage client relationships and stakeholder communication, support PMO practices, and perform IT-related tasks (system analysis, code development, software engineering) as needed to streamline operations and meet client objectives.
