The Chief Administrative Officer provides executive operational leadership across Providence’s integrated delivery network. Responsibilities include overseeing daily care operations, quality and safety, regulatory readiness, financial and resource management, service-line performance, continuous improvement, strategic execution, and stakeholder relationships. The role partners with clinical and executive leaders, manages budgets and contracts, drives organizational change, and assumes division-level leadership in the Service Area Chief Executive’s absence.

Leads enterprise diagnostic imaging services across sites and modalities, overseeing clinical and operational performance, governance, compliance, capital planning, technology, analytics, workforce development, patient access, radiologist partnerships, and joint ventures. The role standardizes workflows, improves capacity and quality, manages equipment and vendor strategies, supports accreditation readiness, and aligns imaging operations with organizational goals.
