The role standardizes workflows, improves capacity and quality, manages equipment and vendor strategies, supports accreditation readiness, and aligns imaging operations with organizational goals.

Provides executive leadership for the Enterprise Business Applications portfolio, overseeing portfolio strategy, governance, prioritization, resource allocation, financial stewardship, performance reporting, and PMO operations. Partners with executives and regional stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, improve delivery outcomes, lead transformation and change management, and build high-performing portfolio management teams.

Provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for imaging services across hospitals, outpatient centers, and affiliated sites. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, capital planning, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, patient experience, and performance improvement. Partners with executive, physician, clinical, and nursing leaders to standardize operations, expand services, optimize access and throughput, and execute system priorities across a complex integrated healthcare environment.

Leads perioperative services and operating room departments across clinical quality, patient safety, staffing, budgets, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes. Provides 24-hour administrative authority, mentors nursing managers, develops service-line plans, collaborates with surgeons and interdisciplinary leaders, advances professional nursing practice, and ensures effective patient-centered care delivery.
