Administer and monitor enterprise SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and NetWeaver. Support Basis operations, system refreshes, transports, patching, kernel updates, performance monitoring, incident resolution, alert configuration, health checks, reporting, and capacity planning. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, functional, and managed-services teams while maintaining operational documentation and supporting compliance and continuous improvement.

Administer and optimize SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA and NetWeaver environments. Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, cloud migrations, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, Fiori support, backup and disaster recovery, documentation, change management, customer issue resolution, and mentoring junior staff. The role collaborates with development and application teams while supporting SAP environments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Designs and presents enterprise SAP solution architectures for sales and pre-sales engagements. Partners with account executives, leads discovery, develops RISE with SAP and S/4HANA migration solutions, supports managed-services proposals, creates technical RFP responses, estimates scope and pricing, handles objections, and enables delivery handoffs. The role also contributes reusable sales materials, collaborates with SAP partners, mentors junior architects, and represents the company at industry events.
