Supports foreign patent filings, PCT and national-stage applications, docket management, foreign associate coordination, estimates, patent schedule reviews, disclosure documents, and multi-jurisdiction name-change projects. Maintains knowledge of U.S., PCT, and foreign patent rules, coordinates translations and other formalities, reports filing documents to clients, and manages application transfers. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, technical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines independently in a law firm environment.

Assist patent litigation attorneys throughout federal district court and USPTO PTAB proceedings, including pleadings, discovery, filings, docketing, research, document review, trial preparation, exhibits, and hearings. Conduct patent searches and due diligence reviews, manage litigation databases and patent docketing systems, coordinate service and e-filing, and support binders and document handling. The role requires regular in-office presence and considerable overtime when needed.

Assist attorneys throughout litigation, including pleadings, discovery, document review, e-filing, legal research, trial preparation, hearings, and appeals. Manage case databases, productions, privilege logs, transcripts, exhibits, and demonstratives. Coordinate with courts, clients, vendors, and witnesses; cite-check and proofread filings; conduct factual and statistical research; and supervise junior paralegals as needed.
