Serve as the product expert and technical lead across sales cycles. Run tailored demos and POCs, handle security and integration questions, onboard customers, run and interpret admin reports, and feed field insights back to Product and Sales. Support internal training and contribute to customer retention.

The Account Executive will drive the full sales cycle in digital media, focusing on innovative AI solutions and client engagement.

Own technical onboarding, content ingestion, widget configuration, and post-launch partner support. Triage and reproduce issues, optimize AI answer relevance via prompt/config tuning, maintain onboarding/docs and SLAs, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships to scale partner implementations and reduce recurring support work.
