The Energy Contract Manager at Prologis will oversee clean energy contracts, ensuring compliance, tracking obligations, and collaborating across teams to support solar generation goals.

Lead preconstruction cost strategy for regional industrial and large-scale commercial developments. Provide conceptual budgeting, contractor engagement, RFP management, bid leveling, market and escalation analysis, value engineering, procurement planning, and structured cost intelligence to support pursuit decisions and capital deployment. Capture and benchmark project and market data to enable forecasting and AI-enabled insights while partnering across Development, Construction, Procurement, and Capital Deployment.
