The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, and performance dashboards. They analyze KPIs, identify trends and risks, support investment and capital planning, improve reporting processes, ensure financial governance, and present insights to senior leadership. The role partners cross-functionally with accounting, tax, revenue, and other teams to align financial performance with business objectives.

Sell Wayfinder's K-12 purpose-readiness curriculum across Florida and Georgia. Build territory plans, prospect districts, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, conduct site visits, meet quota, and nurture long-term relationships with educators and district leaders.

Own and grow Wayfinder's Texas territory by prospecting and closing district-level K-12 deals. Build strategic territory plans, manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships, meet/exceed quota, conduct site visits, and partner with business development to convert schools to long-term partners.
