Leads client account management and cost-savings programs, partnering with C-level stakeholders to optimize operations and reduce expenses. Analyzes complex spending data, identifies savings opportunities, manages client issues, supports vendor negotiations, and recommends solutions. Oversees 2–4 direct reports, mentors team members, and coordinates cross-functional projects to deliver client objectives and service commitments.

Leads consulting engagements focused on enterprise cost optimization and spend reduction. Analyzes infrastructure, vendor contracts, pricing, and data to identify savings opportunities; negotiates with vendors; develops client solutions; presents actionable findings; manages projects; and provides functional expertise and thought leadership.

Leads end-to-end telecommunications program implementations, including vendor consolidation, savings analysis, carrier and channel-partner negotiations, service transitions, billing validation, and issue resolution. Builds client relationships, secures project approvals, supports retention and revenue growth, and manages implementation plans, risks, milestones, and savings reporting. Requires extensive telecom channel experience, strong Excel and financial analysis skills, project management expertise, and executive-level communication.
