Teams at Professional Case Management

Provide in-home nursing care to clients (travel assignments), working a minimum of 40 hours/week. Travel to assigned locations, coordinate with PCM for accommodations and travel, maintain CPR certification and TB testing, and hold required state licensure. Support patient health, quality of life, and case management goals during multi-week assignments.

Provide in-home nursing care to clients (primarily veterans), working a minimum of 40 hours/week on travel assignments. PCM assigns locations (focus on NM, CO, WA, NV), provides paid accommodations, travel, car and living stipends, license reimbursement, bonuses, and weekly pay. PCM manages travel arrangements.

Provide virtual counseling visits to clinical trial participants within scope of licensure, set appointments, follow clinical research guidelines, submit accurate source documentation, and collaborate with clinical project teams to support participant wellbeing and retention.
