Produce actionable insights through statistical analysis, experimentation, and behavioral modeling to optimize lifecycle marketing, segmentation, pricing, and monetization. Partner with stakeholders, Analytics Engineering, and ML teams to define data foundations, design A/B tests, build propensity and scoring models, document learnings, and mentor junior analysts. Incorporate agentic analytics to automate recurring analyses.

Build responsive, high-performance front-end UI using React and Next.js. Convert designs to accessible, maintainable HTML/CSS/JS, write unit and integration tests, debug cross-browser issues, optimize performance, collaborate with back-end and designers, participate in code reviews, document changes, and help plan project deliverables.

Lead and grow the product design team for Prodege's consumer and B2B products. Own design vision, systems, and quality; hire and mentor designers; drive user-centered research, accessibility, and A/B testing; partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to connect design to activation, engagement, retention, and revenue metrics.
