Maintains accurate provider intelligence, reviews credentials and healthcare programs, supports insurance verification and patient-access workflows, and improves technology-enabled processes. Collaborates with clinical, research, and operations teams to turn provider insights into actionable recommendations and scalable operational improvements.

Conduct rigorous business, financial, operational, market, and performance analyses; build sophisticated models; identify strategic insights; and translate findings into recommendations and executive-ready materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investors. Partner with the CSO and cross-functional leaders on ambiguous strategic questions, market sizing, growth scenarios, partnerships, and strategic planning.
