Provide high-touch care coordination for clients with serious medical conditions: manage client onboarding, scheduling, billing support, follow-up action items, and partner with clinicians, researchers, and external providers to facilitate services, trial eligibility, and optimal care outcomes.

Drive new enterprise business by leading complex, consultative sales to employers, brokers, and consultants. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, close multi-stakeholder deals, shape go-to-market strategy, and act as the voice of the customer while exceeding sales targets and expanding PHM’s employer presence.

Drive new business across a defined region by selling PHM’s employer solutions to employers, brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers. Build and execute territory and GTM strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer to influence product and strategy while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting under U.S. GAAP; oversee AP/AR and payroll; improve accounting workflows and internal controls; support audits, tax compliance, and mentor a staff accountant to scale finance operations.
