Leads support and system expert teams, manages escalations, testing, documentation, training, service levels, and operational risk. Partners with Technology, Product, Compliance, Legal, Client Services, and vendors to ensure reliable payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce management systems supporting complex entertainment workforce requirements.
