Supports the Director of Human Resources with recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, compliance, payroll and benefits questions, and confidential personnel-file maintenance. Advises management and field staff on HR concerns, protects company and patient information, and ensures adherence to policies and regulations. Requires strong administrative, communication, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least two years of HR experience.

Reviews and audits patient care reports for completeness, accuracy, regulatory compliance, medical necessity, and billing readiness. Reconciles reports with CAD records, identifies deficiencies, coordinates corrections, provides feedback and education, tracks quality trends, generates reports, and supports billing, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervises EMS operations across multiple shifts while performing paramedic duties and responding to emergency and non-emergency calls. Ensures crew, vehicle, equipment, documentation, staffing, deployment, and regulatory readiness. Coordinates schedules, audits ambulances, manages operational reports and IT issues, addresses dispatch and maintenance needs, and enforces EMS protocols. Provides direct patient care, completes required reports, supports crisis response, and maintains professional leadership in a high-volume field environment.
