Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Perform operational duties including opening/closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management, and light housekeeping. Act as manager on duty when needed, provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback, and uphold company values and customer-first standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Own and elevate UX across Shopify sites and apps: lead design of ecommerce flows (homepage, PDP, PLP, cart, checkout), create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, run A/B tests and analytics (GA4, Microsoft Clarity) to drive conversion, build marketing pages, manage site/app updates, and champion accessibility and performance-led design.

Lead and manage day-to-day distribution center operations and 3PL partnerships to ensure accurate ecommerce and retail fulfillment, inventory control, returns processing, SLA/KPI attainment, and scalable processes. Drive continuous improvement, reporting, workforce planning, safety compliance, and cross-functional alignment with planning, merchandising, finance, and customer experience teams.
