The Safety Manager oversees site safety, health, and environmental programs; inspects workplaces; develops safety training; maintains Job Safety Analyses and records; conducts PPE, ergonomic, incident, and accident investigations; identifies root causes and corrective actions; supports regulatory compliance; supervises staff; advises managers; and reports safety performance to leadership. The role also supports injured employees, customer relationships, safety meetings, and continuous improvement of site safety processes.
