Own the product strategy and delivery for Presence’s fulfillment, matching, scheduling, and capacity-management systems. Lead service blueprinting, workflow optimization, human-in-the-loop automation, third-party integrations, AI-enabled transformations, and internal-tool UX. Partner with operations, engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to reduce friction, improve fulfillment metrics, and drive adoption. Direct an agile product pod while delivering scalable solutions for a complex two-sided teletherapy marketplace.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales and account growth across a Southern California territory. Responsibilities include prospecting school districts, managing renewals and expansions, conducting discovery and presentations, negotiating contracts, forecasting in Salesforce, coordinating onboarding and implementation, resolving escalations, and building long-term relationships with K-12 education leaders. The role requires travel for onsite visits and conferences, estimated at 30–50%.
