Lead cross-functional global project teams for dermatology clinical programs, ensuring milestone delivery, budget and scope adherence, compliance with processes, client liaison and meeting leadership, support proposal/business development, and cultivate client relationships to drive future business.

Reviews contracts, payment schedules, budgets, and hours; prepares invoices and revenue calculations; tracks project profitability, backlog, cash flow, and payment schedules; analyzes change orders and supports Project and Finance Managers with project-related reporting and analysis.

Reviews contracts, budgets, payment schedules, and change orders; prepares invoices, revenue calculations, cash-flow analyses, and monthly project backlog reports. Supports project managers with profitability tracking and financial analysis for clinical research projects. Maintains financial system setup and tracking worksheets, attends project meetings, and responds to project-related questions. Requires accounting or finance experience within a CRO, revenue recognition system expertise, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
