Lead the Enterprise PMO to ensure consistent delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. Manage and develop program/project managers and scrum masters, maintain portfolio visibility, track milestones/budgets/risks, support prioritization and executive reporting, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Provide strategic legal and regulatory counsel to the board and executive team for a $3.5B state‑chartered credit union. Oversee regulatory strategy, examinations, enforcement responses, litigation, contracts, vendor risk, M&A, outside counsel, and legal budgeting while mentoring team members and aligning legal advice with enterprise risk appetite and growth objectives.

Lead and coordinate all mortgage lending operations including processing, underwriting, funding, pipeline management, closing/boarding, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams, manage third-party relationships, analyze data and reporting, and oversee department budgeting and performance.
