Outside B2B Account Executive responsible for prospecting, building a sales territory, qualifying and closing new customers. Duties include heavy outbound calling, attending networking events, executing targeted marketing with marketing team, tracking activity in CRM, following sales process and attending weekly training. Requires entrepreneurial mindset and territory travel.

Senior-level systems engineer providing escalated support, architecture, and operational leadership for Microsoft cloud and Windows Server infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, identity and security (MFA/Conditional Access), Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, backup/disaster recovery, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and improving reliability and standardization across MSP client environments.

Provides Tier II technical support for applications, hardware, networks, servers, workstations, cloud environments, and mobile devices. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages user accounts and permissions, documents solutions, monitors systems, and reports incident trends. The role also mentors junior staff and participates in software deployments, system upgrades, and network enhancement projects while delivering strong customer service.
