Lead regional new-business sales and account management to drive revenue and retention. Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, set and track revenue targets, develop regional go-to-market and field marketing plans, manage pipeline and forecasting, negotiate major accounts, and report regional performance to senior management.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts, build relationships, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate quotes and project delivery, conduct business reviews, escalate and resolve issues, track retention risk, and support referrals and case studies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
