Oversee accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on budgets, forecasts, allocations, government accounting requests, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, mentor accounting staff, support ERP implementations and acquisitions, and improve processes while managing complex priorities.

Leads strategic, medically accurate content development for pharmaceutical and healthcare market access communications. Supervises medical writers and scientific associates, reviews scientific and regulatory content, manages resources and timelines, collaborates with clients and medical stakeholders, supports proposals and competitive analyses, and contributes to business pitches. Ensures adherence to quality, regulatory, style, and internal standards across multiple accounts and therapeutic areas.

Supports financial management for client projects, including project accounting, financial tracking, invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, budget monitoring, month-end close, audit support, and client collections. The role also assists with project setup, expense and hours review, contract-based billing, employee and subcontractor tracking, and annual budgeting. This is a fully remote entry-level finance position requiring strong Excel skills, analytical ability, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
