Oversee financial management, forecasting, project accounting, revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and executive reporting for a client portfolio. Supervise monthly close and project tracking, assess contracts, manage intercompany transactions and subcontractor costs, monitor project profitability, and ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance. Lead process improvements, mentor finance staff, and collaborate with FP&A, legal, project leadership, and senior management.

Supports financial management for a client portfolio through project accounting, monthly close, revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, budget tracking, intercompany transactions, and audit preparation. The role reconciles project financials, reviews contracts and expenses, maintains financial trackers, supports annual budgeting, develops processes, and mentors junior staff while partnering with project leads, clients, and finance teams.

Lead or co-lead analyst managing pharmaceutical client engagements from concept through launch for a cost and coverage platform. Oversee project delivery, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, serve as primary client contact, prepare proposals and deliverables, coach and mentor analysts, identify business development opportunities, and travel 15-50% as required.
