Leads supply chain strategy and operations for PPG Aerospace’s USCA Application Support Center network. Responsibilities include managing planners and inventory professionals, optimizing inventory and MRP parameters, overseeing third-party purchasing, preventing material shortages, monitoring supply chain KPIs, leading continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives, and collaborating with production, sales, executive, and external teams. The role requires strong expertise in MRP, lean pull systems, reporting, and supply chain leadership.

Oversee chemical management operations across PPG Aerospace’s Western and Central U.S. and Mexico region. Lead regional teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize inventory and capital utilization, implement new CMS programs, and drive operational excellence through Lean tools, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, engineering, and the CMS East Regional Manager to standardize operations and meet customer and company goals.

The Process Engineering Leader will oversee the scale-up and development of aerospace coatings and products, ensuring seamless product launches, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading cross-functional collaborations and problem-solving initiatives.
