Lead and optimize paid mobile UA channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok) to scale spend to $500k+/month profitably. Own strategy, budgets, bidding, creative testing, measurement (Singular, BigQuery, SKAN/AAK), geo/channel expansion, partner management, and reporting to the CEO. Collaborate with data and creative teams to refine LTV models and unit economics and run structured tests to drive scalable growth.

Lead Player Experience and Safety operations: own moderation policy and enforcement, audit and coach agents, manage support queue health, write SOPs and reports, surface community trends to Product, and lead a combined Trust & Safety and Support team to keep the Gen Z platform safe and healthy.
