Entry-level underwriting development program focused on analyzing, selecting, and pricing commercial property and casualty insurance risks. The apprentice receives classroom instruction, job shadowing, team assignments, and hands-on underwriting training. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage terms, supporting new business generation, applying analytical and decision-making skills, building relationships, understanding compliance requirements, and collaborating with Claims, Risk Control, and other departments.
