Build Flink stream-processing and scalable ETL jobs, optimize data pipeline performance and reliability, support Kafka-to-cloud migrations, and contribute to architectural decisions. Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business Intelligence and product teams to transform real-time and batch data into actionable insights.

Prototype, implement, and own gameplay scenarios, narrative sequences, interactive objects, AI behaviors, and other systems. Coordinate with animation, programming, and art, advise leadership on team dynamics, and improve tools and workflows while working with minimal supervision.

Lead the design and operation of production infrastructure, manage systems administration teams, and oversee Linux and Windows platforms. Architect storage and server solutions, ensure security compliance, and define monitoring strategies.

Build and ship performance-sensitive software for game streaming, platform systems, infrastructure, developer tooling, and cloud-enabled experiences. Coordinate and triage IT support tickets, monitor queues and SLAs, provide first-level end-user support, communicate with customers, escalate as needed, maintain documentation, update KPI dashboards, and develop JIRA dashboard analytics to improve support performance across studios.

Provide frontline operational support for a global cloud gaming platform: triage and resolve tickets, perform routine maintenance, maintain SOPs and documentation, escalate incidents, collaborate with engineering, and identify automation and process improvements to meet SLAs.

The role involves ensuring production quality, owning system reliability, and participating in decision-making. Responsibilities include incident response and lifecycle management in cloud gaming technologies.

Lead development of advanced models to quantify player value and incrementality using causal inference, forecasting, optimization, and ML. Measure incremental effects of launches and investments, build optimization and scenario models, partner with Finance and Strategy for adoption, mentor data scientists, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, implement, and own features in distributed backend systems for cloud streaming. Build and run unit and integration tests, resolve performance and reliability issues at global scale, triage bugs, and communicate estimates and dependencies to technical leads.

Provide senior QA testing expertise for PS5 titles: execute scripted and exploratory tests, report and analyze issues, support developers, maintain test plans/databases, and assist operational testing and cross-discipline collaboration to drive projects to completion.

Manage and grow the gaming community across social channels by creating engaging content, moderating discussions, partnering with community leaders, executing social strategies, and fostering a positive player environment. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Product teams to support player retention, channel growth, and the studio’s public voice.

Coordinates business and studio priorities across game development teams, tracks initiatives and leadership commitments, surfaces risks, and supports executive decision-making. Improves production operations by establishing reporting frameworks, managing studio reviews and leadership forums, and ensuring accurate project information. Documents and standardizes production workflows, identifies efficiency improvements, and partners with central teams to scale best practices across PlayStation Studios.

Lead development and maintenance of character creation, rigging, animation, and simulation tools for game production. Collaborate with artists, engineers, studios, and research teams to prototype workflows, integrate game engines, optimize environments, and apply AI/ML to improve development efficiency. Build and customize internal tools, automate project environments, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and support varied client pipelines. Participate in internal demonstrations and conferences, with required travel.

Establish and operationalize Finance data governance across Finance and Technology. Define governance models, business glossaries, data inventories, lineage, quality controls, master-data standards, hierarchies, and reconciliation processes. Support SAP, Snowflake, reporting, planning, and analytics data products; facilitate stakeholder workshops; document requirements; manage governance backlogs; and coach data owners and stewards in an ambiguous enterprise environment.

Support and administer IBM Planning Analytics throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles. Troubleshoot user, system, and data issues; manage access, documentation, training, requirements, testing, upgrades, and enhancements. Partner with Finance and technical teams to improve planning processes, automation, reporting, integrations, and data reliability. The role also delivers change requests and supports platform configuration and development.

Lead design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments; apply causal inference methods; partner with product, engineering, and marketing; mentor data scientists; build experimentation frameworks; extract and analyze data using SQL and Python; communicate results to stakeholders.
