Temporary Community Organizer implements grassroots and electoral advocacy across the San Gabriel Valley and Northeast LA. Responsibilities include multilingual community outreach, coalition-building, volunteer recruitment and management, GOTV and campaign tactics, activist cultivation, logistic coordination for events, reporting and database maintenance, and supporting culturally responsive political education and movement-building.

Provide reproductive healthcare including exams, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, contraception, STI care, abortion and medication abortion services after proctoring, gender-affirming hormone therapy after proctoring, LARC placement/removal after proctoring, EMR documentation, quality and productivity metric compliance, staff training, and participation in QA and agency initiatives.

Provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare across five clinic sites as a floating NP/PA/CNM: assess, diagnose, treat, counsel, perform genital exams, STI care, contraception (including LARC), medication abortions (after proctoring), gender-affirming hormone therapy, and support clinic quality, productivity, and EMR documentation.
