Provides front-office training, performs audits and reporting, safeguards patient confidentiality, maintains the reception area, and delivers professional, trauma-informed customer service. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts and travel between health centers as needed.

The role also resolves charge-entry issues, trains front-office staff, supports audits, maintains front-desk areas, protects patient confidentiality, and provides professional, trauma-informed service. Reliable transportation, flexible scheduling, strong computer skills, and customer service experience are required.
