Manage customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, owning retention, net revenue retention, product adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Analyze customer usage, engagement, and health data to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior revenue stakeholders while influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategy through customer insights.

Supports the Enterprise Deployment Strategy team by building planning frameworks, renewal standards, portfolio reporting, account intelligence, and operating processes. Assists strategists with renewal preparation, account plans, stakeholder maps, executive business review materials, customer data, and commitment tracking. Learns the Planhat platform and supports live enterprise accounts, with a progression toward owning an enterprise customer portfolio.

Embed with customers to understand their systems and business needs, then build data pipelines, workflows, and automations that deliver measurable AI-powered outcomes. Serve as a trusted technical partner in ambiguous environments, integrating APIs and applying SQL, Python, data modeling, and agentic systems. Travel to customer sites, rapidly learn new technologies, and help establish Planhat’s Forward Deployment Engineering discipline and playbook.
